Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the “Services”) are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the “Terms of Service”). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, which may be updated, suspended or terminated by Ghost Tree Media without notice in Ghost Tree Media’s absolute and unfettered discretion. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
  3. You acknowledge that all products that you order through this website are intended for personal, domestic, non-commercial use only.

2. Pricing & Product Availability

  1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  2. All prices include GST, except for digital gift cards
  3. Except for magazine subscriptions and digital gift cards, all prices exclude delivery costs.
  4. Sale items are only available at the lower price whilst stocks last and during the designated sale period.
  5. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices of products on Ghost Tree Media Shop website are correct at the time of online publication. However, we reserve the right to correct any publishing errors on the website and cancel orders made at the incorrect price.

3. Promo Codes

  1. We may from time to time offer promotional codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website. When entered on the shopping cart page, the appropriate discount is deducted from the cart total or an offer, that is, a free gift with purchase, is applied.
  2. Please note that some promo codes may have a restricted usage, and may not be combined with other promotions.
  3. Where a refund is issued on an order containing a promo code, the refund will match the amount tendered, net of the promo code discount.

  1. We regret that we are unable to process sales on account, nor accept payment via direct bank deposit, Cheque, or Money Order.
  2. Payment is taken at the point of order placement.

  5. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a service from us on and subject to the Terms of Service contained herein. Ghost Tree Media Shop may accept or reject this offer at its discretion at any point up until the order is rendered. For example, but not limited to, if the payment method appears fraudulent or the items are being purchased in commercial quantities. We reserve the right to cancel the Customer Account and VIP membership.
  6. In the event that a PayPal order is cancelled, the PayPal payment will be refunded.

8. Password Protected Account

  1. To shop at Ghost Tree Media Shop website you will be required to create a password protected account. If you are a returning customer, you will be required to log onto this account.
  2. In setting up a password protected account, you agree to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account or password.
  3. You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  1. No orders shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and us.
  2. Where we have made an error on an order, we shall endeavor to fix and re-edit the order.

13.  Service Level Standards

  1. Ghost Tree Media is committed to delivering professional, reliable, and timely photo editing services. These service standards apply to all editing orders unless otherwise agreed in writing:

    We provide high-quality manual photo editing, Hybrid AI editing, culling, and other optional add-on services such as background removal and object cleanup. All edits are handled by trained editors and undergo internal quality checks prior to delivery.
  3. Turnaround Time
    – Custom Manual Editing: Delivered within up to 14 business days
    – Culling Only & Hybrid AI Editing: Delivered within 4–5 business days
    – Bulk Orders or Specialized Requests and orders placed during holidays: May require additional time, with timelines communicated and confirmed in advanceTurnaround begins upon order confirmation and receipt of all required materials.
  4. Revisions
    Each order includes up to two (2) free rounds of revisions, which must be requested within 7 days of final delivery.- Additional revisions caused by our error will be provided at no extra charge.
    – Revisions that fall outside the scope of the original order or are based on client preference changes may incur an additional service fee.
  5. Confidentiality: All customer-provided images and content are treated with strict confidentiality. We will never share or reuse your images for any purpose without your explicit written consent. Files are stored securely and removed from our system 30 days after order completion, unless otherwise agreed.
  6. Customer Support: Our support team is available Monday–Saturday, 9am–11:59 PM (UTC+10). Email inquiries will be responded to within 24 business hours.
  7. Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are unsatisfied with the delivered result after the included revisions, we will continue to work with you in good faith to address concerns. In cases where no acceptable resolution is reached, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
